About Lee ...
Lee has lived and worked in Cambridgeshire, East Anglia and Hertfordshire for many years. Being part of the community is key to what Lee can offer his clients. He understands the area and is able to identify exactly what will work within the local landscape and can tailor the client’s design to suit their requirements whilst being realistic.
Lee’s experience spans decades, first beginning his career in the Construction industry over 30 years ago, qualifying as a RIBA Chartered Architect in 2001. His portfolio experience spans large house builds, major infrastructure projects and bespoke high-end niche developments in a private practice.
In 2006 Lee took a leap of faith and L Bevens Associates Limited was formed, with the aim of delivering a personalised architectural service that caters for clients requiring small extensions to clients requiring large scale developments. Working closely with clients to ensure their aspirations were understood and their ideas were brought to life.
Since the practice was established, the portfolio has expanded across a range of projects across a variety of sectors, with budgets ranging from £10,000 to £20 million.
Although residential developments form a large part of the projects delivered, such as Listed Building and barn conversions; the practice has completed designs for industrial and commercial developments including office units, surgery extensions, care home extensions, cold stores, and cattle sheds.
